Port my number

Keep your existing number

Moving to Virtual Voice doesn’t mean a new number. We bring your current landline number across — for a one-off £19.99 inc VAT.

The process

How porting works

1

You request the port

Tell us your current number and provider at checkout, then sign the digital CLoA (Customer Letter of Authority) we email you.

2

We arrange the switch

We coordinate with your old provider. You keep using your existing line as normal throughout — no downtime.

3

Your number goes live

In 5–10 working days your number activates on Virtual Voice. We’ll confirm by email the moment it’s ready.

The CLoA form
Porting needs a Customer Letter of Authority. We email you a secure digital form to sign — no printing or posting. We’ll have it ready within 24 hours of your order.
