We ship all hardware from the North East of England. Orders placed before 12pm on a working day are dispatched the same day; orders after that, or at weekends and on bank holidays, go out the next working day.
Delivery options & prices
Prices are confirmed at checkout. We don't guarantee next-day delivery: some UK postcodes (Highlands, islands and remote areas) can take up to 2 working days.
Where we deliver
We deliver to UK mainland and UK addresses only — we don't currently ship internationally. Every order is sent on a tracked service, and you'll get a tracking email as soon as it's dispatched.
Pre-configured hardware
If you buy handsets as part of a Virtual Voice or Virtual Voice Office plan, we pre-configure each device for your account before it ships, so it registers automatically when you plug it in. Hardware bought on its own from the shop ships ready to set up with your own system.
Damaged or missing items
If anything arrives damaged, or your order is incomplete, contact us within 30 days and we'll put it right. See our returns & refunds policy for faulty-on-arrival and change-of-mind returns.
