What is the difference between Office Line and Office Pro?+

Office Line is a single direct-dial number -- a clean business line on your existing devices with no outgoing minutes. Office Pro adds the full system: 2,000 minutes, call recording, business hours routing, call groups and our full configuration service.

How does multi-user pricing work?+

Each user is £7.99/mo ex VAT and includes their own direct-dial number. Add a main company number for £1.50/mo and a call bundle, then build it live with the package builder below. Bigger teams may qualify for a lower per-user rate -- see the ready-built packages above for details.

What are the call bundle options?+

Per-user bundles give each person 2,000 minutes for £5.50/user/mo. A shared bundle is a site-wide pool for £14.95/bundle/mo -- useful when usage is uneven across the team.

Can I pay annually?+

Yes -- annual billing takes 10% off everything. We always show the exact £ saving when you build your package.

Can I upgrade from a single line to a team package?+

Yes. Contact us any time and we will migrate you to a team package. Your existing number comes with you.
