Tell us which business numbers you want to bring across and your current provider. We handle all the paperwork at our end.

We coordinate the port with your current provider and keep your lines ringing throughout. No downtime for your team.

Your numbers activate on Virtual Voice Office and route to the right people. We confirm by email when complete.

Which business numbers can I port?+

Most UK geographic and non-geographic numbers can be ported. Send us the list and your current provider and we will confirm before anything changes.

What does it cost?+

Geographic numbers are £29.95 each and non-geographic numbers £69.95 each, one-off ex VAT. There are no ongoing fees for ported numbers.

Will there be downtime?+

No. Your existing service stays live until the moment each number activates on Virtual Voice Office.

How long does it take?+

Typically 5 to 10 working days once we submit the request to your current provider. We will keep you updated at each stage.
